Charming and cozy house with terraces and sea views, just minutes from the beautiful beach of Pittulongu and the magnificent beaches of the Costa Smeralda.

The house, developed on two floors, features large furnished terraces and a charming sea view. The ground floor houses the sleeping area, consisting of three bedrooms, two with queen-size bed and one with two single beds, with access to the surrounding veranda complete with outdoor shower. The upper floor hosts the living area, consisting of a sofa, a TV set, a fully-equipped kitchen, and access to the spacious outdoor areas that include two terraces with dining area, barbecue, relaxation area, and a solarium with deck chairs and small table on the upper floor.

Guests will benefit from amenities such as free wifi, washing machine, iron, heat pump heating, and air conditioning.

Also known as "La Playa", Pittulongu is the favorite beach of the locals. This large crescent of sand, very popular with windsurfers and snorkelers, is characterized by a fine white sand, crystal clear waters and a shallow seabed, perfect for families with children. It also boasts an amazing view of the island of Tavolara, which you can enjoy from the bars and restaurants on the beach.
The area of Pittulongu offers different types of accommodation, restaurants and services, and it is a perfect location to visit the wonders of the Costa Smeralda. Nearby, do not miss Spiaggia di Bados, Spiaggia del Pellicano beach, Cala Banana, Spiaggia Bianca and Le Saline.
Finally, you can’t miss the traditional food and wine in the many bars and restaurants and during the festivals. Some goat marinated in myrtle liqueur and some Gallura soup for a meat dinner, sea urchins, bottarga, mussels and oysters if you’d rather taste the local seafood. To accompany your meal, a good Vermentino di Gallura DOCG, and to end it, a delicious seada with honey and a glass of homemade myrtle liqueur.
