The villa is only a 15 minute flat walk to the beautiful Playa Dorada beach in playa blanca or 5 mins by car. The Dorada beach has been awarded on various occasions for its beauty, a peaceful and pleasant spot and is an ideal place for the whole family to relax in. The beach is accessible via a ramp so that pushchairs and wheelchairs can be taken along.

One of the best things about staying in a villa is that you don’t have to share the pool with dozens of strangers – instead, you have the pool all to yourself. This pool features a shallow section for the kids or for non swimmers.
The private garden is equipped with sunshades and plenty of garden furniture, 10 sun loungers and 2 dining areas. A great BBQ to use or why not hire a private chef to cook for you and wash-up as well.

Villa Montana has three floors, huge bedrooms. A large kitchen, brilliant lounge and dining area.
At the top of the villa there is one bedroom; a king size bed with an ensuite (walk in shower) it also has a very large terrace seating 2 people and 2 sunbeds.
On the middle floor there are 2 bedrooms, the first bedroom has a king size bed with its own ensuite (walk in shower) and patio doors that lead out to the garden from the bedroom.
The second bedroom also has a king size bed and a separate bathroom with a bath and shower over.
The middle floor also offers a large kitchen and separate lounge and dining room.
The kitchen comes equipped with an oven, built in microwave, coffee machine, kettle, two refrigerators, a dishwasher, a kitchen island with 4 stools, high quality silestone worktops and black gloss units.
The lounge has 3 large comfy sofas and a large flat screen TV, the perfect setting for watching the big game or the latest movies with your friends and family. it also has a stereo system.
The lower floor has 2 large bedrooms.
The first bedroom has 3 single beds, bedside cabinets and wardrobes. The second bedroom has a king size bed and large private terrace with further seating (1 chair, small table a rattan swing chair and 2 sunbeds.
On this floor there are 2 further bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and the other with a bath tub and shower over.
On this floor is where the table football, pool table and darts are located.
