The first bedroom based on the main floor sleeps four people in single beds.

The second bedroom based on the second level sleeps five people in single beds.

The third bedroom on the third floor sleeps four people in built-in large bunk beds.

The fourth bedroom on the third floor sleeps three people in a single and double arrangement.

On the third floor is the main bathroom with over bath shower.

All beds are made with luxury bedding and are new, comfortable hotel standard beds.

A large parking space is available which will comfortably accommodate up to a large estate car / SUV or two smaller vehicles.

A pre-arrival rental contract will need to be signed once your booking has been made.

This property is in a residential neighbourhood and so guests are asked to ensure their visit and behaviour does not impact on our neighbours. The property includes CCTV cameras on outside and communal areas which are not actively monitored but do record.
