Welcome travellers! We would like to offer our beautiful 2BR home in the centre of Msida. This central location is second to none, with all the amenities you would ever wish within walking distance, perfect for both long/short term rentals.

Upon entering a large living area with balcony is available with comfy sofas, large TV's and a fully equipped kitchen with access to a dining table. Also included are 2 large comfy beds and a sofa bed for that extra guest.

The apartment is equipped with both high-speed WiFi and air conditioning for your convenience and comfort.

Living Spaces| The apartment has a large living area with Sofa and SMART TV making sure your stay is super comfy & relaxed after your long days of travelling.

Dining Area | Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area is a designated space for shared moments and delectable meals. A well-appointed table and comfortable seating create a lovely ambient for dining and chilling. The dining area can easily fit 5 guests.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boosts a cooker, hub and oven. There is also a dishwasher and a refrigerator.

Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, both featuring a comfortable double bed. The main bedroom at the back also features a private balcony. For over the sleeping logistics, we will prepare the sofa bed which is located in the living room.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night sleep, all linens provided are of highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms, one featuring a bathtub while the other a shower.

Welcome to the charming neighborhood of Msida, a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Malta. Known for its central location and vibrant atmosphere, Msida is the perfect destination for travelers seeking a mix of convenience and local charm.

Situated just a stone's throw away from the capital city, Valletta, Msida offers easy access to Malta's main attractions.

Msida boasts a lively waterfront, where you can take leisurely strolls along the marina or enjoy a relaxing meal at one of the quaint seaside cafes. The local market, held regularly, provides an authentic experience, allowing you to immerse yourself in the flavors and traditions of Maltese culture.

The apartment is also very close to University & Mater Dei Hospital.

Public Transportation: Msida enjoys excellent public transportation links, making it easy to explore Malta and its neighboring areas. The primary mode of public transportation is the bus service provided by Malta Public Transport. You'll find bus stops conveniently located throughout the neighborhood, offering routes to various destinations on the island, including historic Valletta, the beach towns of Sliema and St. Julian's, and the Malta International Airport. Be sure to check the bus schedules for the most up-to-date information on routes and timings.

Ferries: Another scenic way to get around is by using the ferry service. Nearby towns like Sliema and Valletta are accessible by ferry from the Msida Marina. This offers a unique perspective of the island and is particularly enjoyable during pleasant weather.

Taxis and Ride-Sharing: Taxis are readily available in Msida and can be hailed on the street or booked in advance. Additionally, ride-sharing services like Uber and Bolt operate in Malta, providing convenient and reliable transportation options.

Car Rentals: If you prefer the flexibility of having your own vehicle, car rental agencies can be found in Msida and at the Malta International Airport. Be aware that driving in Malta follows the left-hand side of the road, and traffic can be busy in urban areas.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
