The Villa:
Nestled in the heart of Sierra Nevada, this exceptional house for rent is a true gem in the exclusive Arttysur Lux Village development. The moment you step into this meticulously crafted home on a private street, you'll be captivated by its unparalleled quality in every material and detail.
This three-level villa boasts a remarkable open-concept living area, perfect for creating unforgettable memories with your loved ones. The living room seamlessly flows into a state-of-the-art kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The most remarkable feature, however, is the expansive terrace that overlooks the breathtaking panorama of the ski resort and majestic mountains. Imagine sipping your morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine while taking in the stunning views this villa has to offer.
The house accommodates up to 10 guests with its four generously sized bedrooms. Three of these bedrooms feature plush double beds, while the fourth offers bunk beds, ideal for the little ones. This thoughtful layout ensures that everyone has a comfortable space to rest and rejuvenate after a day filled with adventure.
One of the many highlights of this property is its prime location, just 400 meters away from the ski lifts. This means that you'll have easy access to the slopes, allowing you to make the most of your winter getaway. Parking is also a breeze, as you can conveniently pull up right at the gate.

• PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.
• No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time
work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.
• AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.
• Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.
• Check in is possible between 3.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).
• Check-out is at latest 11AM.
• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
