Dieses moderne Bauernhaus mit 5 Schlafzimmern und 5-1 / 2 Bädern wurde im Jahr 2017 fertiggestellt und ist NEU auf dem Vermietungsmarkt. Ein zusätzliches 2-2-Bett in einer separaten "Casita" ist der perfekte Ort, um sich mit der Familie oder Freunden zu versammeln. Auf der Suche nach einem Ort, an dem Sie Ihr Familientreffen abhalten können, aber nicht aufeinander gestapelt werden möchten? Hier gibt es viel Platz für Aktivitäten für alle Altersgruppen.

Das zweistöckige Haupthaus verfügt über einen großen Wohnbereich mit Tischen für mehr als 20 Personen, einen bunten elektrischen Kamin für "Ambiente" oder Wärme, Betonböden im ersten Stock für minimale Sorgen, ein Spielzimmer mit großem Fernseher, Bar und elektronischen Spielen. und eine separate Waschküche. Die hintere Veranda hat einen Weg zur benachbarten Casita und einen Weg zur Feuerstelle.

Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein Schlafraum, ein Theater mit funkelnder Glasfaserdecke, ein Vollbad und zwei weitere große Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad.

Die Casita verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Bad, und einen Versammlungsraum in der Mitte mit Futon, Tisch, Spüle, kleinem Kühlschrank und K-Cup-Kaffeemaschine. Draußen gibt es eine Feuerstelle und viel Holz, um die Abendsterne und das Muhen der benachbarten Kühe zu genießen. Toller Ort für s'mores!

Zu den Aktivitäten gehören eine Vielzahl von Spielen, Spielzeugen und Puzzles im Wohn- und Spielzimmer, darunter eine elektronische Konsole und ein Karten- / Pokertisch / Stoßfänger-Billardtisch sowie mehrere Fernseher und ein Theater. Draußen gibt es eine Vielzahl von Reit-, Kletter- und Schaukelspielzeugen für Kinder sowie Angel- und Freilassungsmöglichkeiten, Beerenpflücken, Basketball, Tischtennis, Kickballbasen, Frisbee-Golf, Corn Hole, Unterlegscheiben und vieles mehr. Die Wälder und Blumen bieten perfekte Motive für Fotografen und Künstler.

Sonnenuntergänge und Sonnenaufgänge sind spektakulär und die Tierwelt ist reich an Wäldern und Höfen. Alle wild lebenden Tiere sind geschützt.

Eine separate Kabine mit einem Queensize-Bett ist verfügbar, wenn zusätzlicher Platz benötigt wird. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Interesse.

Dad's 70th birthday

My brothers and I were celebrating my Dad's birthday via surprise party at Rail & Rye down the street and then spent the weekend at Red Berry Hollow. Our party consisted of 22 adults and 6 children. Everyone had plenty of room when utilizing the house, casita, and cabin. The owner was responsive and so generous with everything she provided. It was truly an unmatched experience after years and years of renting on VRBO. My Dad's family flew in from Chicago and we wanted to give them a Texas experience and this definitely fit the bill. There was so much to do we never left the house the entire weekend. Would love to make this an annual trip if possible. Thank you Janis!

Amazing home - perfect for large groups

We stayed here for a long weekend with our extended family - 5 couples and 6 kids, aged 13-24. We had plenty of room for eveyone to sleep comfortably and there was so much to do. The property is amazing, the game room is so fun, the media room was fun for movie night and the pool was perfect. It was especially nice that every room has its own bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals for 16 and it was really nice that we could all dine together at one table. Aside from a quick trip to bluebell and HEB, we didnt even leave the property!! Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

This property is amazing, the views are incredible and Janis is fabulous to work with. The house had everything that we could have needed, there were games and outdoor activities, a pool that some brave ones did swim in because the temperatures were still kind of cool. We used the Casita and the little cabin and they were also just as charming. The main house was perfect for the rehearsal dinner for outdoor and inside seating. The weekend was perfect and Janis, the host, took care of all of our needs. Would definitely highly recommend and stay here again.

Wedding Reception

This is a gorgeous property. We used it for our daughter's wedding reception. It was enough space for all our overnight guests & specious enough to have guest for the wedding reception. This place is LEGIT !!!!!

We stayed here for our daughters wedding in Deep in the Heart Farms (DITF) which is only a couple miles away. We had a large group of family and friends staying with us and the house had everything that we could have needed for cooking or entertaining. We had a brunch at the house on Sunday and there were around 40-50 ppl there and we didn't feel crowded at all. This place is perfect for out of town wedding guests, family retreats, corporate events or A&M games (please don't mind the UT decorations). I am a frequent VRBO user and this place is on the TOP of the list!!! thank you!

Dream Family Getaway!

My son got married up the street at Deep in the Heart and we stayed at this beautiful home with all of our out of town family. It was the perfect replace for all of us! We also had the catered rehearsal dinner at the home! We were able to seat 60 people inside and have a fun dance party outside after the sun went down. Janis was so incredibly helpful with all aspects of our long weekend. We will definitely be back :)

Better than adverstised!

Red Berry Hollow is a must stay location for any large group! The house has everything you need for long stay and more. We had 6 families with children that ranged from 0-13 years old. Janis is a great host who was very helpful in all of our group’s requests. Pool and outdoor amenities are great, kitchen is large and fully stocked, media room star feature was great, and living space was great for a large group to hang. We cannot wait to come back!

The best house ever for a large group!!!

I cannot say enough to describe how amazing and perfect this house was for our family group of 22 people. Everyone slept comfortably and every bedroom had its own bathroom. Even when the entire group sat down for dinner at the same time, there was plenty of room. It’s hard to describe how 22 people can be in one house and we never felt crowded. And if the house were not enough, Janis was an amazing and gracious host. I cannot give a higher recommendation to Red Berry Hollow!!!

Wonderful property with stunning views big enough for the entire family!

My husband and I had our wedding at Red Berry Hollow and we couldn’t be happier with everything! Fantastic property

Wow! This property was accurately described and provided ample space for a big family event. There were plenty of nice vistas from every window in the house. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishware. Plenty of activities for children to play with. The decor and and furnishings were very nice. We would definitely rent again and will highly recommend it. The hostess was very responsive to questions.

A gem deep in the heart of Texas

This place is a true gem. My daughter got married at Deep in the Heart Farms wedding venue just 8 miles away. We had the rehearsal dinner the night before on the back patio. It worked out perfectly! There was plenty of room for the bride and bridesmaids to stay in their own place and the groom and groomsmen to stay in their house. Then after the wedding the bride and groom stayed in their own private cabin. The house had everything and then some! I gave it 4 stars for accuracy because the pictures did not do the house justice. It is a lot more beautiful in person. The fireplace was my favorite!

Purchased the land as a family retreat for relatives in Austin, Dallas, Montgomery, Pearland, and The Woodlands to gather together for fun weekends and holidays. Most of us were born in Texas and always loved the Brenham area and especially Blue Bell ice cream! We're still creating new activities as the younger members develop new interests, but there's never a dull moment at the Hollow!

Bluebonnets covered the acreage, the countryside views were wonderful, and the close proximtiy to the Blue Bell factory and we were hooked! A lake was created and stocked with crappie and bass, but then a leak was discovered. Agh! It has been reworked and restocked with little fishies but they are still too little for catch and release. The house and Casita were built, trails were mowed through the woods, and wildlife is protected and encouraged...except for the feral hogs!
