Chiado is regarded as the best shopping neighborhood in Lisbon. Rua Garrett is home to the famous Bertrand Bookstore -- the world's oldest existing bookstore -- as well as countless high-end boutiques. The famous shopping street is also a wonderful place to dine, with both local and international cuisine on offer. Chiado is also known for its theater scene, including the rococo National Theatre of São Carlos. The neighborhood is served by the Green and Blue lines of the Lisbon Metro as well as buses and trams.

Parking is offered based on availability and is subject to a fee.

A security deposit of €3360 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
