The living room features a comfortable sitting area and a smart TV, perfect for enjoying your favorite shows. With ample lighting, the space offers a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for spending quality time with your group.

Step outside to unwind in the garden, where outdoor furniture is perfect for al fresco dining.

The kitchen has appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to meet your culinary needs. Additionally, there's a washer available to meet your laundry requirements.

Upstairs, each of the three bedrooms features comfortable sleeping arrangements, with a double bed in the first, a sofa bed in the second bedroom and a queen-size bed in the third. Complimentary hotel-quality linens ensure a restful night's sleep.

The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note the home is spread across three floors via stairs, therefore not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

London, the capital of England and the United Kingdom is a 21st-century city stretching back to Roman times. At its center stand the imposing Houses of Parliament, the iconic Big Ben clock tower, and Westminster Abbey, the site of British monarch coronations. Across the Thames River, the London Eye observation wheel provides panoramic views of the South Bank cultural complex and the entire city.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Kensal Green, is just a 4-minute walk.

Heathrow Airport is a 35-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
