Enjoy staying in the heart of Saint Julian's’s Spinola Bay area with this lovely 3-bedroom, 90 square meters apartment located on the 5th floor of a secure residential building with an elevator. This flat has a small private balcony overlooking Spinola Bay (smoking is not permitted). Self check-in starting from 3 :00PM by picking up keys at a nearby shop. Property Details:
This 90-sqm apartment is located on the 5th floor with an elevator. This flat has a small private balcony overlooking Spinola Bay (smoking is not permitted). The living area is furnished with a flat screen TV, sofa and dining table and chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.

The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing machine and drying rack. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.

The first and second bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and quality mattresses. The third bedroom contains a double bed. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one full en-suite bathroom and one bathroom accessible via the hallway, both have showers, sinks and toilets. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.

Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided.

Check-in instructions will be provided upon confirmation of the reservation. Self-checkins will be done by collecting the property keys at a nearby location (a local shop). Please consult the listing for information about fees applied for in-person checkin.

The flat is located by Spinola Bay in Saint Julian’s. You are just a stone’s throw from some beautiful, natural beaches, nightlife, restaurants, shopping and more. The capital city, Valletta, can be easily reached by public bus or with a rental car. You’ll find plenty of opportunities to try out new water sports or take an excursion to the neighboring islands of Gozo and Comino. Important Information and Policies
- Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy.
- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Final cleaning fee: 45€
- Linens and towel fee: 55€
- Damage Deposit : A damage deposit payment of 400€ is required before arrival
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets NOT allowed
- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 6 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 35 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

Other things to note:
A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €40 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €40. Both can be provide for €60. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 late check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 late check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

Please note for reservations valued over €1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

Great location
Although modern, the beds were too small for 2 adults to comfortably share. Our party of three opted for three separate beds and rooms. The shower cubicles are very small also. It was clean and offered all we needed in a good location

Ottimo appartamento per una famiglia numerosa
Un soggiorno fantastico. Il processo di self check-in è stato estremamente comodo, soprattutto perché il nostro volo era in ritardo e siamo arrivati dopo le 23:00—è stato un sollievo poter effettuare il check-in in qualsiasi momento senza problemi. Uno dei punti forti è stata la splendida terrazza soleggiata con una bellissima vista sul porto. L'appartamento era luminoso e spazioso, con letti confortevoli e asciugamani freschi forniti. La posizione era eccellente, a pochi passi da ottimi ristoranti, negozi e mezzi pubblici, il che ha reso facile esplorare La Valletta e le zone circostanti. Nel complesso, un posto fantastico dove soggiornare, abbiamo apprezzato ogni momento!

Un Séjour Parfait à Spinola Bay
La procédure de récupération des clés était remarquablement fluide et pratique, donnant le ton pour un séjour agréable. L'appartement était propre et bien rangé, avec des serviettes neuves fournies sur le lit et des draps parfaitement nettoyés. Le petit balcon privé offrait une vue imprenable sur Spinola Bay, créant un cadre serein et pittoresque pour les cafés du matin ou la détente en soirée - un véritable point fort de l'appartement. Son emplacement en faisait une base idéale pour explorer la riche histoire, les paysages diversifiés et la culture vibrante de Malte. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les lits chauds et confortables, ce qui a ajouté à notre plaisir général du séjour.
