Verbesserungswürdig: Zustand der Unterkunft und Kommunikation

Sofa was broken, it was a folding sofa bed. The back rest would not stay up and it was propped against the wall, which was facing the kitchen cupboards and wall, and the TV was 90 degrees to the right. I tried to move the sofa to face the TV and the backrest wouldn't stay up. So if you enjoy a night watching the wall, it's fine. Also one of the sofa legs fell off whilst moving the sofa. The oven also didn't work, I tried all the settings, no visible switch on the wall. Plus the hob worked so couldn't be that. I tried to contact the owner about this, messaged their WhatsApp and got nothing back, called them 3 times and they didn't answer. Their landline number came back as invalid when I called that too. Went to Expedia in the end and told them my issues, they tried to call the owner and they couldn't get through, and left a request for them to contact me and they didn't, still haven't 4 days after me checking out. I work away for a living and have been in Staines for months now and this is the worst experience I've had by a mile. Bought food for the week on my way to check in and it was all left useless as I couldn't use the oven, what a waste of time.
