Welcome to our 3 bedroom flat in Hoxton/Shoreditch! The flat has been recently refurbished and is split over two levels, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs, and one bedroom upstairs along with an open plan, fully equipped kitchen and living area
The apartment is very well located, just a few minutes walk from Old Street and Hoxton stations. There are many restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance whilst the flat itself is located on a quiet residential side street.
The space is a rare loft-like apartment in Central London. It is converted into a flat from an old London pub (Public House) which is why it is surrounded with windows and natural light. Each room has its own en-suite and the sizes are very good.
Each room has also got a desk space making it suitable for people who travel for work. There is a small patio with table downstairs for guests to enjoy.
It's kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and an integrated oven and fridge freezer.
You have a 24 hours access with self-check in lockbox.
The flat is located in one of the most popular and vibrant areas in London.
At the end of the street, there is pub, two great cafe's a Curzon Cinema, A Turkish restaurant, a Pizzeria and burger place and a green public space. So lots to do in less than two minutes walk.
And if you are in the mood for cooking, and staying in, there is a grocery store and a fruit shop in less than two minutes walk. Did I mention take-away for those lazy nights in? Yes, there are take away restaurants around the corner serving great Mexican food, wraps and Pokes.
You are also 5 minutes away from Old Street, where it's been called the Tech City. Flat is 15 minutes from Brick Lane which is home of Street art and graphite in London. You are in essence close to art, culture, technology and law. You'll have access to trendy cafe's and exclusive restaurants at the same time. There is so much to do and so much to explore here.
And in case you would like to get out of the area or even London you'll be only two stops away from Kings Cross St. Pancras's Station.

Old Street Station is only two stops away from Kings Cross St. Pancras's Station making the location most convenient for European travellers as well as all international travellers coming from Heathrow, and Gatwick Airport. It is also only 15 minutes walk to the Liverpool Street Station where there is direct train to Stanstead.
There are also plenty of busses around making it super convenient to go to the City or other locations for those who are not willing to use underground services. You also have access to public cycles at the ether end of the street which help getting around even easier and more fun.
