Guests can use all the amenities available in the apartment, including coffee, tea, etc., as well as the equipment of the apartment (washing machine, hair dryer, iron, etc.) - unless otherwise stated in the description.
We provide fresh linen and towels in a hotel standard.
On request, we provide a portable baby cot.

We kindly ask you to abide by the House Regulations, mainly with regard to keeping quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. (it is absolutely forbidden to organize parties after 10:00 p.m.) and that smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
Each breach of the regulations results in the commencement of the debt collection process by the booking portal and the collection of a deposit.
Feel at home and take care of our place as if it were your own.

1. Turn off the light when you are not using it.
2. Do not let unverified people into your apartment.
3. You are fully responsible for any damage or loss incurred during your stay. 4. Guests will be charged for any property damage, if any.
4. Persons not mentioned in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
5. Parties, special events, anniversaries or birthday parties are strictly prohibited unless previously agreed upon with the Host.
7. This apartment is for non-smoking guests only. If you violate this rule, you will be charged a one-time penalty fee.
8. Late check-out is subject to an additional fee of EUR 15 per hour.
9. Parking, subject to availability, is charged an additional EUR 15/day, unless otherwise stated in the description or other arrangements have been made with the Host in this regard.
