A Beautifully presented 3 bed duplex Apartment, ideally situated 1km from the popular Balaia Golf Village and just 1.5km from Maria Luísa & Olhos De Água beaches. The duplex can sleep up to 8 guests.
Beautifully presented 3 bed duplex Apartment, ideally situated 1km from the popular Balaia Golf Village and just 1.5km from Maria Luísa & Olhos De Água beaches. The duplex can sleep 8 guests and is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard with air-conditioning throughout. The fully fitted kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer & washing machine. The spacious lounge has multiple seating + dining areas. The stylish lounge invites you to the balcony, with sun loungers, dining table and a fixed BBQ, with a view over the pool area and outwards to the Sea.
Guests also benefit from a reserved outdoor ground floor area with pool access, shared with neighbouring apartments, where additional loungers are provided. This duplex is situated within a private condominium and also has use of onsite tennis courts and parking spaces.

3 in 1 Expresso coffee machine, compatible with Dolce Gusto capsule, Nespresso Capsule and coffee powder.

Olhos de Água is a delightful resort town situated at the heart of the beautiful Algarve. This likeable town is centred around a sandy cove, where fishing boats are pulled onto the golden sands, and old fishermen tend their nets in huts that line the beach. Historically, Olhos de Agua was a minor fishing village, but since the boom of tourism, it has responsibly developed into a popular holiday destination. There are massive apartment complexes and mega-hotels surrounding the town, but at its centre, it still retains its Portuguese character and pristine coastline. The relaxed and low-key atmosphere of Olhos de Água makes it a popular holiday destination for families and older couples, who want to be close to a major resort town (Albufeira), but without actually being in it. Olhos de Água is located on some of Portugal's finest coastline, with the magnificent Praia da Falésia beach to the east and the beautiful cove beaches of Praia de Santa Eulália and Praia Maria Luísa to the west.
*Lead guest must be aged 25 or over.
* We do not accept bookings for all male or all female guests.
*A late arrival fee of €20 (payable on arrival) is charged for guests arriving after 19:00hrs.
*Tourist Tax is now in force in the Albufeira district to any reservation made after 02/05/2024.
Any guest aged 13 or over is now subject to a charge of €2 per night during High season (1st April - 31st October). The charge is capped at a maximum of 7 nights/€14 euros per person. Tourist tax is paid direct to Albufeira council & not included in the rental cost. Lead guest is responsible for collection and confirmation of Passport details of all guests subject to the tax. Lead guest can then make the payment by card via QR code provided on or before arrival to the Albufeira Council. This information must then be forwarded to the booking agent along with the payment receipt.
