The living room has a sofa, dining table and chairs. Open-plan kitchen equipped with all main utensils and appliances, washing machine included.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower. Note the water heater has a capacity of 50 liters only, which is sufficient for 1-2 showers. When it is empty it will need approx. 1 hour to warm up again.

There is high speed fibre optic internet connection and air-conditioning with cooling and heating.

The apartment has a surface of 50 square metres. It is on the second floor of a residential building, with 2 elevators. There is a roof-top terrace, which is mainly used for drying the wash. Guests may use the roof-top to enjoy the views of the Cathedral - without outdoor furniture.

PARKING
Free private parking garage, located at calle San Eloy / Duque 1 (3min walk away). Parking not available during Semana Santa / Holy Week due to access restrictions.

16:00 to 02:00h. Late check-in from 21:00h: 20 EUR (to be paid in cash, upon arrival).
