Exceptional 2 bedroom apartment located in the frontline of the world famous Puerto Banús. Completely renovated and refurbished in 2022, this stunning property is furnished to a luxury standard, boasting great style and comfort in an unbeatable location. The stunning interiors are complimented by the unbelievable views seen from the terrace, which has uninterrupted views of the marina and nothing but the blue of the Mediterranean on the horizon.
Located on the 3rd floor (access only via stairs), the apartment opens to an open plan kitchen on the right, the living room on the left, and the corridor to the bedrooms further to the left. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a luxury holiday property. With top of the range appliances, the apartment is great for those wishing to cook and entertain at home. Part of the central cooking island provides a breakfast bar.
The bespoke living room perfectly matches the gold and black colour theme of the property. A stylish yet extremely comfortable L-shaped sofa faces a large smart tv fitted on the wall, which hangs above an electric fireplace (a great feature during the colder months).
Through large sliding windows guests gain access to the spacious terrace, furnished with an alfresco dining area and additional seating. Other than the gorgeous furnishings, décor and location, it is the views from this terrace that make this property so special. Located above the Louis Vuitton store, guests will have stunning views over the marina and Mediterranean Sea. Multi-coloured led lighting on the ceiling allows guests to set the mood on the terrace, making it an amazing place for drinks before experiencing all that Puerto Banús has to offer.
The master bedroom provides a large double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, a smart tv, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with large rainfall shower. The guest bedroom has a double bed, smart tv, storage in a large dresser, and has access to the guest bathroom (accessible from the living room and bedroom (locks on both doors)), also with shower.
The apartment has centralised AC in all rooms (hot and cold), and there is strong fibre optic WIFI reachable throughout the apartment.
Although parking is not provided with the rental of the apartment, guests will be located right in the heart of Puerto Banús, with bars, restaurants, nightclubs, shopping, and the beach all within a minute’s walk. Taxi stands are located nearby and Ubers are easy to arrange for those guests wishing to see more of Marbella.
For those guests travelling with a car, Puerto Banús does have numerous public parking garages, however, it is recommended booking your place in them in advance to get the best price.
Due to the quality and value of the furnishings in the property, guests will need to adhere to the rules of the apartment and ensure that no damages occur:

The occupancy of the property must not exceed 4
