In addition to being historically one of the most traditional residential areas of Madrid, Canillejas is currently one of the sectors with the most development in the city thanks to the tranquility it offers its residents, its interesting real estate and commercial offer, and its close location to strategic places in the city such as Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport and the IFEMA Madrid fairgrounds.

It is a residential neighbourhood that borders the Quinta de Torre Arias park, a landscaped space populated with almond and cedar trees that surround a century-old palace. The Canillejas park is also located in the area, which has an open-air auditorium where music concerts and cultural festivals are held; and the Cívitas Metropolitano Stadium, the training base of the famous Atlético Madrid football team.

This area also has a fast and convenient connection to the centre of Madrid and the rest of the city thanks to the Canillejas bus interchange and the Torre Arias and Canillejas metro stations (direct line to Gran Vía).

The apartment:

This spacious 136 square metre apartment is located on the second floor of a building with a lift and can accommodate up to seven people.

The large modern-style living room has a wonderful balcony with an external view, a comfortable six-seater sofa, two designer armchairs and a smart TV, offering comfort and convenience. This space also integrates the dining area and a wonderful open-plan American-style kitchen, equipped with all the utensils and appliances necessary to provide a pleasant experience for our guests.

It has four comfortable bedrooms specially decorated to offer a cosy and relaxed atmosphere: one with two single beds, two with double beds and one with a single bed. All the bedrooms are decorated in a modern and elegant style, offering a welcoming environment for a good night\'s rest.

This wonderful apartment also has three large fully equipped bathrooms with showers, ensuring greater practicality and comfort.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a 50 EUR supplement that must be paid in cash.
