The Space:
Upon arrival, you immediately enter the spacious open living room and kitchen of Huys Alma. Thanks to the large sliding windows that can be placed fully open, these spaces are immediately flooded with light. It is THE place in the apartment to get together after a wonderful day at the beach. Also, from the living room and kitchen you have a view of Huys Alma's ultra-large south-facing terrace. This features a lounge and outdoor dining table and chairs where you can enjoy warm summer evenings.

Huys Alma's kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your own delicious meals. The kitchen is spacious and includes an oven, stove, kettle, toaster, microwave, a fridge with a little freezer and a dishwasher.

Huys Alma has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. These are 2 spacious bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. All rooms are each equipped with a closet. The modern and spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower and a double sink.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
