The apartment features a bright living room with a comfortable queen-size sofa bed, TV, AC and a modern fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The spacious bedroom has a queen size bed, plenty storage room and an extra bed for kids. The modern bathroom with shower has been renovated with such a lovely touch.
The apartment also has a washer/dryer as well as a small outside area, right outside the entrance door, where you can enjoy the Apulian sun while sipping a coffee before going to the beach.

History of Palazzo Saraceno:
In the dark ages of the Middle Ages King Charles of Anjou was struggling with Saracen invaders. Therefore, he hired a mercenary, Messer Girifalco, a great warrior, who, with a single stroke of his sword, cut off the heads of as many as three Saracens. The king finally rewarded him with a rich dowry of money with which he built a beautiful palace. To commemorate the great feat Girifalco changed its name to Saracen and carved three Moorish heads on the well stack in the palace courtyard. In memory of this, 2 plaques on the palace walls, with verses from the Divine Comedy, recall the strength and honor of Messer Saraceno.
