The Space:
This 540 sq ft / 50 sqm apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances you might need during your stay, including a dishwasher, a washer-dryer machine, a Nespresso coffee machine and a countertop oven amongst others. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, chair and spacious closet whilst the bathroom offers a rainfall shower. The living/dining room boasts a wonderful balcony overlooking the lively street below and provides a comfortable couch (can be converted into sofa bed), Smart TV, music & projector system, air conditioning as well as a colorful wall library which lends itself to the name of this unique apartment.

IMPORTANT: This unit can only be rented for a minimum of 31 nights and a maximum of 11 months.

The Neighborhood:
El Born has wonderful cafés, restaurants and local designer boutiques. Ornate stained glass is on show at the Santa Maria del Mar Basilica, whilst the renowned Picasso Museum shows many of the artist's masterpieces. Featuring an archaeological site, the El Born Cultural and Memorial Center is an event space in an old market building. Arc de Triomf, the Gothic Quarter and Ciutadella Park are also a short walk from the unit.

Getting Around:
Nearest metro station (L1) and train station (R1, R3, R4) is Arc de Triomf, 4 minutes by foot. Car not required and not suggested as its a pedestrian area, however taxis can access the street.

- The home is located in a very lively area of Barcelona but the bedroom faces the interior side of the building, providing a calm and quiet environment during night hours.
- The air conditioning (hot/cold) is only located in the living room, but guests will find an electric stove and a fan for the bedroom if required.
- The home has been fully renovated but it is located on the third floor of an ancient building accessible only by a narrow stairway. No lift access.
