Pontente is located in a small building in the Zona Nuova of Follonica, facing the pine forest and a few steps from the sea, where it is possible to find both free and equipped beaches.
The strategic position allows you to reach the city center in a few minutes on foot and also to enjoy the convenience of the services available, such as groceries, bars, restaurants, markets of various kinds, guaranteeing everything you need at your fingertips.
Ponente is a very nice two-room apartment on the first floor of a small building.
Internally it consists of a bright living room with double sofa bed, from which it is possible to access the balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with balcony.
Pontente is ideal for those who want to spend their summer holidays away from the chaos of the city center, which can still be reached in a few minutes on foot, without giving up the proximity to the sea and the pine forest.
At the back, on the ground floor, you will find a convenient courtyard for parking bicycles, a detail that makes it even easier to explore the surrounding area.
Linen is not supplied, only on specific request.
