WePuglia - Tenuta Mastricale

Tenuta Mastricale is a villa with private pool and olive grove surrounded by the green countryside between Putignano and Noci. The property consists of two independent buildings: a Trullo equipped with kitchen, sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine, toilet, outdoor area with shade sail and barbecue. The other building, larger and made of stone, is distributed over two floors with three bedrooms, two of which are double and one with two single beds. If necessary, the double bedroom on the first floor can become triple with the addition of a single bed.

The villa is equipped with A/C and Wi-Fi and can accommodate up to 11 people, its location is ideal for easily reaching the main towns of the Itria Valley and 40 minutes by car we find Polignano and Monopoli with their splendid sea.

At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998).

Check-In: 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)
Check-Out: before 10am
Cautionary Deposit: 300€
