This splendid suite with the right combination of Venetian style and modern design is located in the picturesque Cannaregio district, on Strada Nova, just a few steps from the Ponte delle Guglie. A 5-minute walk from Santa Lucia train station, you will be close to many historical and tourist attractions with short walks.
Just a few steps from the apartment there is a supermarket, famous for being elected the "Most Beautiful Supermarket in Italy" with its decorations and Art Nouveau style.
The area offers numerous alternatives, in particular in 5 minutes you can reach the Fondamenta della Misericordia and the Ormesini with their surprising choice of excellent wine bars and taverns for your lunches, aperitifs and dinners.
The suite consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
The accommodation is located on the third floor with stairs, and has a coffee machine, electric kettle and minibar.
Check-ins are possible from 3pm to 7pm. Later ones are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required.
