This lovely 2-bedroom apartment in Barcelona is the perfect retreat for families and friends looking to explore the vibrant city. The apartment is located on the third floor and is accessible by stairs.

Designed with an open floor plan, the living room is well-decorated and features a comfortable sofa and a projector. A private balcony provides the perfect spot to savour the refreshing, crisp air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove and an oven. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The two bedrooms have double beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a desk, providing a dedicated workspace for those who need it.

The apartment also includes one bathroom and a powder room, ensuring that everyone has enough space and privacy. All the bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Ciutat Vella, which translates to "Old City" in Catalan, is one of Barcelona's oldest and most historic districts. It is located in the heart of the city. It encompasses the area where Barcelona was founded by the Romans over 2,000 years ago.

Ciutat Vella is characterized by its narrow medieval streets, historic buildings, and many cultural and architectural landmarks. The district is divided into several neighbourhoods, each with unique charm and attractions.

Some of the notable neighbourhoods within Ciutat Vella include:

Barri Gòtic (Gothic Quarter): This is the oldest part of Barcelona, featuring narrow cobblestone streets, medieval buildings, and significant historical sites such as the Barcelona Cathedral, Plaça Sant Jaume, and the Jewish Quarter.

El Raval: Once a notorious area, El Raval has undergone a significant transformation recently and is now a diverse and multicultural neighbourhood. It is known for its vibrant arts scene, eclectic mix of shops and restaurants, and cultural institutions like the MACBA (Contemporary Art Museum) and CCCB (Contemporary Culture Center).

El Born: This trendy neighbourhood is known for its bohemian atmosphere, narrow streets, and medieval architecture. It is home to the Picasso Museum, the Santa Maria del Mar church, and numerous boutiques, galleries, and cafes.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Drassanes, is just a 4-minute walk.

Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport is a 29-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
