The Studio is located on the third floor of a typical Florentine building, not equipped with an elevator, therefore it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility, there are about 20 steps to climb.
Located in a lively and dynamic neighborhood, full of services, restaurants and typical shops.
It is possible to easily reach the main attractions of the city on foot.
The Studio is located in a limited traffic area. You can park in a paid garage nearby.

Service limitations: The permitted temperature values ​​in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C. According to Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is permitted from November 8th to April 7th, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to the house keys. In case of loss or failure to deliver the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
