Get ready to be blown away with the magnificent view seen from the high-floor, spacious balcony, overlooking the marvelous sea! This beachfront apartment is expertly and exquisitely designed to give you the comfort and luxury of a perfect staycation, making you reluctant to leave!
The Space
The elegant lounge area has such a fine architectural taste with floor to ceiling windows. It’s furnished with pleasant sunlight in the morning to stir your feelings and uplift your mood! It features a comfy sofa, an armchair and a coffee table, all of which are situated in front of a large flat Television screen.
The Dining table can accommodate up to 4 persons and is situated next to the American style Kitchen which is fully equipped with essential kitchen appliances for a seamless stay.
The outdoor balcony area features an extravagant view of the sea, where you can watch a magnificent sunset view while enjoying your coffee.
Master Bedroom
This luxurious master bedroom is cozy, it features a king-sized bed with two bed side tables situated in front of a large flat television screen for a romantic movie night. You’ll have access to a wardrobe.
An ensuite bathroom features a bathtub, a sink and a toilet.
The second bedroom features a Queen-sized bed.
Guest Access
Guests can enjoy a wide range of recreational amenities including a private beach access with lots of water activities, gym and a shared swimming pool as well.

Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we are always just a phone call away for any enquiry or assistance. We are happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays and other various concierge services at an additional cost.

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
We provide one complimentary cleaning session, once each 7 nights stay.
Eligible guests (Stays for 7 Nights or more) are entitled for the cleaning sessions.
The Neighborhood
Sunrise Bay is located at the strategically located Emaar Beachfront, a stone’s throw away from the iconic Palm Jumeirah.
Whether you want to sail around it, sky-dive over it or take the monorail through it, The Palm Jumeirah is the perfect location for a blissful Dubai stay that boats plenty to do. It’s home to some of the most luxurious hotels in such as the famous ‘Atlantis The Palm’ with world famous restaurant Nobu, Aqua venture Water Park and The Lost Chambers - an aquarium like no other.
In the immediate vicinity you can stroll along Club Vista Mare – a series of seven restaurants built on a pier that stretches out over the water. Whenever you’re ready to head into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to the Palm’s neighboring areas such as Dubai Marina and JBR. For an extra 10 minutes to your journey, you could find yourself at Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa or the trendy DIFC for Fine Dining experiences Dubai style.
Getting around
There is a monorail service that runs from Atlantis to the front Gates of the palm where you can jump on the Dubai Tram and Metro for access beyond. RTA taxi’s are at a plenty on The Palm and Uber is widely used throughout the Emirate.
