Ty Tywod (pronounced 'Tea Toe-wod') features a welcoming blue front door that opens into a comfortable living space. The ground floor includes two spacious king-sized bedrooms, each tastefully decorated with a coastal theme. The bathroom is well-equipped with an electric shower. The lounge area, furnished with two three-seater sofas, provides a great space for guests to unwind, watch TV, or just socialise. There is a contemporary kitchen, fully equipped with necessary appliances and utensils for evening preparing meals and lunch time picnics. The kitchen includes a dining table for family meals or board games. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room and kit room providing additional convenience.

Stairs from the hallway lead to a twin bedroom, a separate toilet, and an upstairs ‘den' room equipped with a Smart TV. This area serves as a great hideaway for children or teenagers, offering a separate space to relax and play.

Ty Tywod boasts an enclosed garden accessible through a sliding door off the sitting room or through the kit room off the kitchen. The garden offers a secure outdoor space, featuring a patio area with a bench table and chairs.
