Our brand new Skyline Villa is located in the serene neighborhood of Aggeliana Village, just 4.8 km far from the seaside and a short 25 minute drive from the vibrant Rethymno city. This modern Villa is the perfect hideaway for families or groups of friends looking for a luxurious and tranquil vacation in Crete. Its comfortable bedrooms and spacious living room provides all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, while a private pool outdoor area offers a picturesque landscape view. Skyline Villa consists of three floors. As you step into the Villa, you’ll be greeted by a spacious and inviting living area and fully equipped kitchen. Designed with a modern aesthetic, it seamlessly blends the indoors with the outdoors, providing a comfortable and stylish space for relaxation and gathering. The same floor hosts a charming bedroom. Two more comfortable bedrooms are situated on the lower floor and, finally, the forth bedroom will welcome you on the upper floor.
This exquisite property boasts four beautiful bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for your utmost comfort. What sets Skyline Villa apart is that each bedroom comes complete with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. High-quality linens, air conditioning, high-speed internet, and TVs are provided in all rooms.
The heart of Skyline Villa is undoubtedly the expansive private outside area with its large infinity pool (5 X 10 meters), sun lounges and outdoor shower; as well as a spacious dining area with a fully equipped stone barbeque and a table tennis for your best entertainment.

Our Villa is located in Aggeliana Village, Aggeliana is a Village in the prefecture of Rethymno, located 22 km far from Rethymno on the road leading to Perama and a fisherman’s Village Parnormo. At an altitude of just 90 meters, Aggeliana is one of the most famous lowland Villages of Crete. Near the Village Aggeliana there is a mythical cave telling the story of a hunter trying to find partridges. In the Village of Aggeliana you will find traditional taverns and cafés.
The supermarket of Aggeliana Village is located in a walking distance (600 meters) from the Villa.
Two closests taverns are 500 meters and 1200 meters away from the property.
Everything you need (pharmacy, health care center, supermarkets, etc.) you will find it in 2.5 km in Perama Village.
