Once an old family tannery, this home is now a cozy retreat for guests worldwide. Enjoy easy sea access just 5 meters across the road for a quick swim. With its own entrance, downstairs offers a kitchen, comfy living area with dining table and 2 sofa beds. Upstairs, a peaceful bedroom opens to a terrace. Outside, a veranda with dining table and sunbeds awaits. Stay connected with WiFi and cool with air conditioning. Nearby, find restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and museums for easy exploration.
This newly renovated home will steal your heart! Some antique furniture has been kept to add some atmosphere of the past. Parts of the mountain still remain visible in the living room as a focal point. The well has been preserved and covered with a lid made from tempered glass for all guests to admire.
The house boasts direct access to the road and spans two levels, ensuring privacy with no other residences below or above.
On the ground floor, you'll find an inviting open space featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room with 2 sofa beds accommodating two guests, alongside a full bathroom.
Ascending the internal staircase to the first floor, you'll discover the bedroom, complete with a comfortable queen-size bed, along with a single bed, a closet, and a TV. Here, direct access leads to a spacious veranda adorned with a dining table and sunbeds, offering serene views of the sea.
