A comfortable 2 bedroom apartment, situated just 200 meters from the beach. The complex offers a swimming pool and gym. The apartment itself has a large private balcony and views over the pool and complex gardens. A few minutes walk from the main beach avenue of Limassol, there are shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. A fully equipped air-conditioned apartment with an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and fast WiFi.

Air conditioning units can be found in all areas of the apartment with a cold / hot setting, fast WiFi, and a large TV with Netflix, Youtube, and other streaming channels. The apartment is on the 1st floor (accessed only by staircase).

BEDROOMS: 1 bedroom has a king size bed (1.80 cm in width) and its own ensuite bathroom with shower. The other bedroom has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have mattress & pillow protectors. The fifth person can sleep on the wide sofa in the living room.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, including a large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, hood, hob, and washing machine.

BATHROOMS: Hot water with high pressure.

LAUNDRY: Washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack.

TVs: Large TV in the living room.

WIFI: Fast fiber-optic WiFi throughout the apartment. The WiFi is steady and fast, and its a private connection solely for apartment use - no other apartments in the complex share this connection. It is possible to connect your laptop or desktop using a broadband cable if you wish (not provided).

BALCONY: Balcony is private and has a table & chairs. The balcony offers views of the pool and complex gardens.

PARKING: Parking area for 1 or 2 cars outside the apartment.

UNIQUE FEATURES: A few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants, cafes, and shops. Common pool. Shutters in all rooms.

OTHER: Electricity is charged extra at €0.40 per kWh. Meter readings are taken on arrival and departure days.
