Bayside A - Apartments and Studios offer self-catering accommodation in the sought-after area of St Julian's. It is renowned as a popular vacation spot, with its touristy centre and nightlife, casinos, pubs, and clubs in the Paceville area. These apartments are all tastefully finished to commodity standards and are equipped with modern furnishings. Additionally, all properties have a balcony with street or in-land views and are furnished with outdoor facilities. The distance of the apartment from Swieqi to the airport is approximately 10 KM (a 16-minute drive).

This Studio Apartment has a spacious entrance layout and is equipped with a TV, mini fridge, kettle and a desk with chair. The apartment has 4 single beds, including a bathroom, making it suitable for up to 4 guests (upon special request). This property also comes with a well-sized balcony with inland views.

Additional information:
1. There is a government Ecotax charge to be paid upon arrival of €0.50 per person, per night.
2. Please note that the damage deposit of €150 to be collected by the property applies to a maximum of 4 people only. Cards accepted. This is adjusted to €50 per person after the 5th person onwards. (Applies to bookings less than 1-month stay).

(d) Refundable deposit will be the equivalent to the monthly rate and if cancelled before arrival, will not be refunded.

9. After check out cleaning fees for a monthly or long stay is €200 which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.
