Belle Apartments is located in Madliena neighbourhood near St. Julian’s is self-catering units with private entrances, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, and access to a shared indoor pool. Each apartment includes linen, towels, pool towels, and toiletry packs for added convenience.
This Studio unit is located in lower ground floor and features a built-in patio for ventilation, as it does not include traditional windows. The unit offers a spacious layout with a kitchenette, dining area, TV lounge with a sofa bed, and a shower room.
The studio is equipped with 6 single beds and 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably. A small courtyard enhances ventilation and provides fresh air throughout the space, ensuring a comfortable stay.

1. The air conditioning system for cooling and heating in this apartment is coin-operated. (1€, approx. 100 minutes) and insertions €1 or €2.
2. The indoor shared pool and Jacuzzi is communal to all the apartments and houses in the complex area. Open until Oct 12, 2025 and will be closed for good.
3. The shared indoor pool is with a standard temperature of 27° as per Malta Law.
4. A refundable Security Deposit of 200€ shall be paid upon arrival as a form of protection against damage in the property that may incur while the unit is rented and it applies to a maximum of 4 people only and this is adjusted to €50 per person from the 5th person onwards.
5. WI-FI is available for free.
6. Parking is available on the street.
7. Monthly rates between January to December excluding utility bills, monthly wifi connection and other services. Paid monthly in advance and cash on arrival.
(a) 2-Bedroom Units: €160 (2 people), €180 (3 people), €200 (4 people) adjusted based on the final number of occupants. Amounts may vary depending on utility consumption.

8. After check out cleaning fees for a monthly or long stay is 200 euros which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.
