Villa with stunning sea views on Giannutri island, with direct path to the underlying Cala del Lino

Villa dei Ginepri is located on the island of Giannutri, a small island in the Tuscan Archipelago, a few miles from the Giglio Island and Monte Argentario.
This island, reachable by ferry from Porto Santo Stefano, is a pristine place in the Tuscan Archipelago National Park and is a marine nature reserve. The island is crossed by scenic paths that connect small beaches with crystal clear sea and small piers, rocky coves, seabed rich in marine flora and fauna, woods and Mediterranean scrub.
On the island there is only one small village near the "Piazzetta", with the island's only minimarket. Cars cannot circulate on the island, which must be left in Porto Santo Stefano in the designated parking lots.
This island is the ideal destination for nature and sea lovers, for those looking for a holiday of authentic landscapes and absolute tranquility.
You can explore the island with guided tours of the park and the beautiful seabed, destinations for snorkeling and diving. From here you can take the opportunity to visit Porto Santo Stefano, Porto Ercole and the Giglio Island.
This villa enjoys a wonderful sea view and is deep in the typical Mediterranean greenery. From here you can enjoy a unique and very private atmosphere.
The panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and the porch are equipped with deckchairs, tables and chairs to eat comfortably outdoors and spend the days relaxing. Outside there is also and area with a table, a brick barbeque and direct access to the kitchen.
From the villa a path leads to the cove below, called Cala del Lino, where there are two small platforms on the cliff (about a 5-10 minute walk).
Villa dei Ginepri can accommodate up to 10 people.
The living area consists of a living room with sofas and a large glass window overlooking the sea, a fireplace, a dining table and a kitchen equipped with oven, fridge, toaster, coffee maker.
Going up some steps there is the sleeping area, which is composed of:
- a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower;
- a bedroom with two single beds;
- a bedroom with a single bed suitable for children and a bunk bed;
- a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Finally there is a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, with independent access from the outside. A single folding bed can be added in this bedroom on request.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); garden maintenance.

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
final cleaning € 200,00; small pets allowed on request (max. 1 dog a week) € 50,00 per week; extra cleaning; extra linen change.

Security deposit (to be paid upon arrival): € 500,00

Check-In: from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Check-Out: from 8.00 a.m to 9.30 a.m.
