Villa degli Artisti is nestled in the Umbrian countryside, just 10 km from Todi. It boasts a private garden with lawn, wooden gazebo with table, and uncovered parking for 4 cars. From the garden you can admire a wonderful view of the hilly landscape.
The outdoor spaces are enhanced by a beautiful pool (5 x 10 m, depth 140 cm), open from May to September, and equipped with sun loungers, parasol, external shower, and breakfast table.
The villa also has a large covered patio, provided with a large dining table and barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals while enjoying the surrounding panorama.

Internal Description

Villa degli Artisti is spread over 3 levels and can accommodate up to 8 people, has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Each bedroom has a fan. A baby cot is available upon request. Pets are allowed on request.

Ground floor: The ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a bathroom with bathtub/shower.

Mezzanine floor: On the mezzanine you will find a double bedroom.

First floor: On the top floor you are welcomed by a spacious and bright living area, expertly furnished with: sofa, armchairs, fireplace, tv, dining table, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with: oven, stove, toaster, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave.
Following from the kitchen you access a passage bedroom (with two single beds), and lastly you will find a bathroom with bathtub/shower.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (300.00€); heating according to consumption during winter months; extra cleaning (20.00€ per hour); extra linen change (20.00€ per person). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
