Bournecoast are delighted to present this generously sized three bedroom first and second floor maisonette, tastefully furnished for your comfort. Situated just 500 metres from the cliff top leading to Southbourne Beach, this apartment boasts an ideal location. You will find the lively Southbourne Grove within easy walking distance, offering a range of shopping venues, cafes, and restaurants. Additionally, there is a holiday apartment (Stourwood Corner) below this property, offering the opportunity for families or friends to enjoy a holiday together.
THE ACCOMMODATION:
On the first floor of the property you will find a Double Bedroom which features a desk. On the same floor, the apartment has an additional Twin Bedroom, which is decorated with a nautical theme and comprises of two Single Beds. On the second floor, the home boasts a modern loft conversion in which you will find the light-filled Master Bedroom, complete with Super King Bed. This room is tastefully decorated and has the added benefit of a walk-in wardrobe, a sofa bed to sleep 1 or 2 and a spacious ensuite shower room with a double cubicle and toilet.
The maisonette features a separate lounge on the first floor and this relaxing space has the advantage of a 50" FLATSCREEN SMART TV with FREEVIEW. There is WIFI available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).
The kitchen/diner boasts a sofa and a SMART TV. The modern kitchen area includes a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - DISHWASHER - WASHING MACHINE - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE.
The modern family bathroom features an impressive freestanding bathtub as well as a double shower cubicle and a toilet.
As you enter through the front gate of the property you will find a patio area. There is a second patio area at the rear of the property which is accessed via stairs that lead off the first floor hallway. This patio area benefits from a table and chairs, ideal for alfresco dining.
This accommodation comes with off road parking in the driveway for one car.

THE LOCAL AREA:
Southbourne is located on the coast to the eastern side of Bournemouth and is within easy reach of the historic town of Christchurch. The area has miles of beautiful sandy beaches, a lifeguard station, and a wide range of leisure activities including a surf school at Boscombe and the Hengistbury Head Outdoor Education Centre. The beach is easily accessed from the Gordon or Fishermans Walk zig-zag paths, and there is also a funicular Victorian seasonal cliff lift. You will find a playground for children, crazy golf and the popular Cafe Riva serving food and beverages located on the cliff top, all only a short walk from the property. Southbourne Grove with its bustling hub of cafes, bars, restaurants and a wide selection of shops is approximately a five minute walk from the apartment. Wick Village is a short drive away with Riverside walks and boating activities, a public slipway and 3-par golf course and driving range. There you will find Tuckton Tea Gardens and ferries that will take you to Christchurch Quay. Just nearby is also Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve where you can take the land train for easy access to Mudeford Sand spit. Christchurch town centre is just a short drive offering historic attractions, restaurants, a theatre and many other facilities. Bournemouth and Boscombe centres are also a short drive for those visitors wishing to be involved in the more hustle and bustle of a traditional seaside town.
