Eine seltene Immobilie direkt am Strand! Zwei abgeschirmte Veranden, ein Hauptschlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer bieten Blick auf den Golf. Dieses Strandhaus in Florida befindet sich am exklusiven Nordende von Casey Key und bietet eine unglaubliche Aussicht auf Sonnenuntergänge und das Wasser des Golfs von Mexiko. Dieses Haus wurde in den 1940er Jahren vom Großvater des Eigentümers erbaut und umfangreich renoviert, hat aber den Charme und das Flair des alten Florida bewahrt. Es ist zu 100% solarbetrieben ab Oktober 2011. Fühlen Sie sich wohl, wo Sie wohnen!

Über Casey Key: Casey Key ist eine 8 Meilen lange Barriereinsel an der Westküste von Florida, etwa 24 km südlich von Sarasota, einem kulturellen Zentrum. Die Strände sind erfrischend natürlich. Geschützter wilder Hafer und Mangroven bieten Schutz für die zahlreichen einheimischen Inselvögel, die die Insel teilen, sowie für Delfine, Seekühe und andere vor der Küste lebende Wassertiere. Der größte Teil der Insel ist ein Naturschutzgebiet.

Dienstleistungen: Die Reinigung des Hauses ist nach der Abreise geplant. Zusätzliche Reinigungen können auf Kosten des Mieters geplant werden.
Ein Gasgrill ist vorhanden. Gasnachfüllungen für den Grill sind an der Ecktankstelle am Blackburn Point (über der Flying Bridge) erhältlich, falls die Mieter dies wünschen. Ein Holzkohlegrill ist ebenfalls verfügbar.

We loved the location to the beach and the community. Wonderful restaurants within 10-15 minutes. The house was wonderful with everything we needed. We loved the Florida room and the screened porch. The manager was available and very good about communicating with us. Will be back!

Beautiful property 10/10

My family agreed that this was our favorite beach rental ever! We normally stay on Siesta Key each year but this year we wanted to get away from the crowds. We will never go back now. The most relaxing week we never wanted to leave the house. All communications with Virginia and Rita were prompt and helpful. We cannot recommend this home enough. Everything you need is there including cleaning supplies and paper products and linens. Also outdoor items such as an umbrella, chairs, grill, etc. I know we will come back!

True Beach House Experience

This beach house was amazing and the host Virginia was such a pleasure to communicate with. This was the most relaxing vacation our family had ever been on. The beach was steps away and the water was breathtaking. We loved the new steps that lead us directly into the water. Watching the sunset from the sand area was my favorate. This place had everything you could possibly need and the location is perfect. We would definitely stay here again. My daughter loves to hunt for shells and we found some pretty unique ones. Also, we got the opportunity to see a manatee swim by.

Amazing Views!

Cute little house right on the gulf! Breathtaking views and you simply can’t get closer to the water!! Super comfy beds and well stocked with paper products and kitchen has everything you need. One recommendation would be to add a mirror to assist when you are leaving the driveway. You need someone to stand outside the gate and wave you out when there are no cars coming. Would absolutely love to stay again! Virginia the owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful! We didn’t want to leave!

Beautiful location

The house was great and had everything one could need and was very comfortable. A very beautiful location! It was so peaceful and quiet. The ocean was lovely. Casey Key is a lovely island and it is such a beautiful drive to drive along the island! Gorgeous homes and mansions. A must see. While we enjoyed swimming there at the house, we explored other beaches as well. We loved Nokomis Beach which is just a short few miles away on Casey Key. We went to Siesta Key Beach which is close by as well and I have never seen such a huge beach! Lovely white sand and a popular location. We went to Venice as well which is about 10 minutes away. Lovely beach and a great small town for shopping. Lovely! We ate out at the two seafood restaurants that are in walking distance from the house and tried some others nearby as well. Communication with the homeowner was easy and so was check in. I would recommend this house and location. Beautiful area! We really enjoyed our stay.

Fourth of July on Casey Key

The perfect house for our far flung family to come together for a week. We loved walking right into the water, watching sunsets, the well supplied kitchen and having a grill. Plenty of places to sit and converse. We had a problem with the air when we first arrived but the owner was quick to respond. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing

This property exceeded my expectations by far!! Absolutely amazing home, beautiful landscape, and the shortest distance to the beach I have ever experienced! Just like any home there is going to be a few quirks but the property owner left very detailed notes which was extremely helpful and I wish all rental properties were that accommodating. I have never had a vacation this relaxing and we will absolutely be renting next year :)

Hidden Gem in a 5-Star Location!

If you're looking for an oasis, this is it. The private views and water access this home offers would typically be out of my family's financial reach. The accommodations were very comfortable is this cozy older, but updated, beach front house. The owner was very detailed and up front with anything we might experience during our stay, as well as quick to answer any questions. They also offered some great suggestions on local places. There's a little bar/restaurant within an ear shot. We walked over and rented a pontoon boat, had a bite to eat, and some cocktails. Very close by, there are plenty of other things to see and do. Nakomis is a great public beach a couple miles south on the same road with some jaw dropping homes along the way. We will definitely be back and are still talking about our stay last month!

The perfect Gulf Property

This was a wonderful property and for 59 days and nights we witnessed beautiful sunsets, heard the crashing of waves that lulled us to sleep each night and was comforted with lovely amenities of a well kept, clean and relaxing beach house. There is no beach to speak of to recreate in the aqua colored Gulf, but it did provide a lovely setting of a table and chairs to sit hours on end to enjoy the vista and feel the warm breezes. My wife and I would go back at any time.

Wonderful & relaxing stay at Casey Key!

Our family visited this adorable house in Casey Key for the Christmas holiday. We were pleasantly surprised as the house is much more charming, adorable, and enjoyable than we anticipated from the listing. We travelled with a 3 year old, two teenagers, and two dogs. The property was perfect! The higher tides made beach walking an adventure after noon but you cannot beat walking out the door to the sand & water! Definitely a wonderful place and we cannot wait to stay again!

Our Favorite Beach Getaway!

This was our 3rd time renting this beach house, though it has been 11 years since we were last here. We adore the design of the house and it’s coziness. A Little Slice of Heaven

We found the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! This fabulous bungalow home was nestled in lush landscaping that surrounded the entire home. The home is so cozy that you won't want to leave. The ocean is crystal clear. Every night at sunset, we went to the chairs on the dunes to watch the glorious colors in the skies as the sun bid its farewell for the day. Great Location and Views

I chose this house for its convenient location and spectacular view of the Gulf, and it did not disappoint. The screened porch was spacious and the seating ample. The sliders separating porch from living room made this an airy living space. The house was very clean, the linens plentiful, the furniture in good condition, the cookware more than adequate, the Wi-Fi totally reliable, and the neighborhood extremely quiet. Although I was cautioned about insects that are typical of a Florida beach house, they did not make an appearance during our stay. While the age of the house is part of its charm, it also presents some drawbacks: e.g. no electrical outlet in the small bathroom and scant outlets throughout. This wasn’t a particular issue for us, but it might be for other renters. The owner has more belongings in the house than would be found in a typical full-time rental (e.g. toiletries in the bathroom; items left around the property), but again this wasn’t a problem for us, just something to be noted. I would definitely rent this house again if I return to Casey Key in the future.

Sensational Sunsets!

Almost perfect vacation! Loved the location. Unbeatable sunset! Loved the privacy and swimming in the gulf. Access to beach not as expected. Difficult to get to the water. However, once in, wonderful swimming! House somewhat dated, but we found it quaint and loved it. Local property manager could not have been more helpful. The house has so much character! One of our favorite family beach vacations! We want to make it an annual trip!
