Nestled in the 12th district "Meidling," with excellent connectivity via the nearby U4 metro station "Längenfeldgasse."Easily reach St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Hofburg Palace, and the Vienna State Opera from our well-connected location.

The comfortable 2 Bedrooms can host 6 people. Bedroom 1 with a sofa bed, perfect for 2, and Bedroom 2 for an additional 2 guests. With spacious layout, you can enjoy a single-level home with additional areas for your convenience.

There are a number of delicious and restaurants and historic cafes in the area, as well as several small parks and green spaces. The famous Schloss Schönbrunn is only one metro station away from the apartment!

*Cleaning Policy:
The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

Please note that you need to access your reservation page in order to access you booked apartment.

*Longer stays
We offer monthly discount for longer period of stay. Please kindly let us know if you are interested in staying longer with us !

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
1. this is a self check in property, you certify that you are willing and able to follow the check in guide provided in the link I send you in my first message, right after your booking is confirmed.
2. no partys and no excessive noise...quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00
3. no unregistered guests...there's a penalty fee of 30€ per unregistered guest per night.
4. any lost or broken keys will incur a fee of 40€ per key.
5. smoking is not allowed...there's a 300€ smoking fee.
6. if you check in before check in time unauthorized, there will be a 90€ fee.
7. if you check out after check out time unauthorized, there will be a 90€ fee.
8. If the apartment is extremely dirty after your check out, beyond what could reasonably be expected, we will charge 135€ for excessive cleaning.
9. when you check out you will put the keys back into the keysafe.

In case you do not you will be charged for any costs associated like extra hours for cleaners or refunds for future guests not being able to enter.

In case you leave the key inside the lock of the apartment door from the inside and we need to pay a door opening service to enter you will be charged for any additional costs.
