Welcome to our stunning detached house set on a quiet street in Upton, The Wirral, Merseyside. This property is in a great central location for Liverpool, Chester and Hoylake. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are En-suite. There are great amenities such as a log burner, smart TV and a well equipped modern kitchen and the advantage of being pet friendly. With a lovely garden, including a lovely seating area, children's toys and parking for 2 cars this home is the ideal choice for your stay.

BED CONFIGURATION:
BEDROOM 1 (Downstairs): Double Bed
BEDROOM 2: King-size Bed
BEDROOM 3: 1 Double & 1 Single Bed

This a beautifully presented modern 4 bed detached house with living space set over 2 floors and a private rear garden with a seating area and equipment for children to enjoy.
On the ground floor there is an accessible bedroom with a double bed. A downstairs w/c. The spacious living room has a smart TV, comfortable seating and an electric wood burner effect fire. The Kitchen is modern & spacious with all modern amenities & a dining table that seats 6. There is also a separate utility area with a washing machine & tumble dryer and an office with a dedicated workspace, perfect for those who work from home.
On the second floor there are 3 further double bedrooms - one with a king-size bed, the second with a double bed and single bed and a small double bedroom. Tow of the bedrooms bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. All the bedrooms are carpeted and have ample storage and hanging space for your use during your stay. There is also a full bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
Guests will have access to the entire house (although one further bedroom is locked).
Please note that the property has a Smart TV with app access. You will need to use your own logins and the TV does not have live TV. However, you can watch live tv through both the BBC and the ITV app for example.
I can't be around myself, so I have a husband and wife team, Tom and Rachael who manage things locally.
Upton is a village in the northern part of the Wirral peninsula in Cheshire, England. It was once the most important village of this part of the Wirral. The village is 4 miles from Birkenhead, 4 miles from the Dee Estuary, 4 miles from the River Mersey, and 2 miles from the Irish Sea. It is in the parish of Overchurch. With the vibrant city of Liverpool just a short trip away, this property offers plenty to visitors with varying tastes. For a meal out, head to West Kirby and try the delicious offerings at restaurants such as Hickory's Smokehouse. If you're up for an adventure, the stunning city of Chester is approximately 30 minutes drive away and waiting to be explored. Book now and enjoy the best of the Wirral and beyond.
There are both bus and train links locally.
Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.
We have travel cots and high-chairs available (free of charge but subject to availability). No linen is provided for the travel cot. They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavour to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items.
Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay.
We welcome one, well-behaved dog - please enquire if bringing more than one dog. Please keep the dog downstairs and off the furniture. There is a dedicated dog parking spot under the stairs in the kitchen, which your dog should love. Please bring your own dog bed and bedding. The garden is dog friendly and securely fenced. Please ensure the side gate is closed and please clear up all dog waste and dispose within poo bags in the green bin.
We have a zero tolerance policy regarding abuse (verbal or physical) or generally antisocial behaviour by guests to our representatives, staff and our neighbours.
Any violation of the house rules will forfeit the guest the right to leave a public review.
A dog is welcome at an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance to advise that you are bringing your dog. If you have a second dog please let us know and this will be considered. Please kindly consider the following rules if bringing your dog;
-Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.
-Dogs must be kept strictly downstairs & off the soft furnishings.
-Any fouling on premises must be cleared up without delay.
-Muddy paws should be cleaned before entering the house.
-Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
