This jewel offers unparalleled sea views from every angle and is located direct front line beach conveniently situated in between Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas.
Imagine waking up every morning to the whisper of the waves and enjoying breakfast on the terrace where you can relax, unwind and contemplate the wonderful sunrises and sunsets that paint the horizon with an array of magical colours.

The property invites you to fall in love with it's privileged location and enjoy life by the sea, take a walk on the beach and every moment will become an unforgettable memory when you have the sea as an forever changing backdrop.

This is an opportunity to experience the warm Mediterranean breeze caressing your face while enjoying the serenity of the horizon, the Bi-folding patio doors gives you the spectacular feel of living inside out without obstruction.

On entering the property you are greeted by the modern hallway to which leads off to the double bedroom on your left, it consists of a comfy king size bed, ample storage, Juliet balcony with mosquito blind and persiana, TV & cooling is given by a eco friendly ceiling fan, Aircon is only in the bedroom and is on a 'pay as you go', basis, only pay for what you use, we have not raised our price to cover usage, if you don't use it you won't pay for it.) new slippers and 2 dressing gowns are supplied for you comfort.

Just past the bedroom is the bathroom with walk in shower with rain head, wall hung toilet, travertine marble sink, ample storage and washing machine, hair dryer, shampoo/shower gel, towels are also supplied.

Then to the lounge and kitchen area, the clean and modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven with 4 ring hob, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine and all the necessary utensils and cutlery you should need including a welcome pack.

The sitting area is modern and simple design with a large comfy sofa, coffee table, side units and a 55" oled smart tv, free WiFi, remote control eco friendly ceiling fan, all this then leads out via the large Bi-folding doors onto the WOW factor, the stunning terrace with sun blinds to keep you cool & private, there are 2 sunbeds, a small table and 2 chairs for wining & dining whilst taking in the views, it's a pleasure to behold!
2 beach chairs and beach umbrella are also supplied.

A car is recommended (Free off street parking) if you want to explore more further afield of Andalucia and Spain but there is an array of Bars and restaurants only a short walk or 200m the chiringuito "El Charcon" (check winter opening times) where you can sit with your feet in the sand watching the amazing sunsets.
During the summer months "El Charcon" also hosts many live bands and artists or if you prefer you can relax & have a meal at the restaurant " El Faro Playa" upstairs on the large terrace overlooking the bay.
There are many more exciting chiringuitos within walking distance from the apartment.

We really want you to have a great time & experience but we also ask our guests to please respect our apartment and neighbours. This is not a party pad and we don't want it to be used as one. It is an urbanization of tranquillity.

Out and about.....we give a complimentary bus pass with 10 euros credit (40 cent per person per trip) which allows you to use the local bus free of charge from outside the urbanisation this gives you free travel anywhere from Sitio de Calahonda to Fuengirola and anywhere in between.
From El Faro, it is approximately 20 min walk to the busy Fuengirola and it's Castle and 30 min walk to La Cala de Mijas .
Malaga airport 31km, Malaga Maria Zambrano Train 36km, Mijas village 14km, Fuengirola train station 7km, Marbella 20km, Puerto Banus 33km, Ronda 87km, Sevilla 250km
Try Granada 159km and visit the Alhambra, the eighth wonder of the world. (Booking advised)
If you fancy ski-ing it's a 2hr drive 111.4km skiable distributed in 133 slopes with the highest slope in Spain 1,200m whether you are an expert or novice it is a beautiful experience.
Or even a day trip to Morocco/Africa!
There are over 70 Golf courses along the Costa del Sol to suit every handicap.

Within a 10 minute walk there is a selection of Restaurants & Bars. Nordic, Chinese, Spanish, Irish, Chill & Grill, International, Indian, Italian & Mexican restaurants. Sports, English & Irish Bars. Pharmacy, Hairdressers & Beauty Salon, Supermarkets.

Why pay for a 2 bedroom apartment when there's only 2 of you!!
1 bedroom apartments with a beach front location are very hard to find along the costa del sol so book quick.

Very occasionally we have TV companies filming at the villa next door and they reserve some of the public parking spaces, we only get notifications 48hrs in advance, this normally is not a problem but if you have a vehicle please be aware of this situation.
There are a few steps down from the road level to the block entrance then a few more steps up to the apartment.
Only registered guests on the booking form are permitted to stay and visit the property at time.
Strictly NO smoking, vaping or E cigarettes anywhere in the apartment or terraces.
Strictly NO pets.
Strictly NO children, babies or infants.
Electricity is on a 'fair usage policy"
ALL keys and bus cards MUST be returned on the day of departure.
We do not take any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property.
You agree to vacate the property on the contracted dates and times.
Failure to comply will result in instant loss of your damage deposit in full.
