An exquisite, spacious beachfront mansion, located among lush gardens with unobstructed sea views, will bewitch you with its charm and laid back atmosphere.
The perfect getaway for group of families or friends, who wish to relax and explore the island of Syros. The 380sm, 7 bedroom villa can accommodate up to 14 persons , offering large common spaces to enjoy privacy as well as gettogether-time
The mansion is set on a private plot of land, comprising of a main building and of the guesthouse, connected through an open air patio, the inner courtyard
It is fully equipped to welcome guests for longer stay. On the ground floor of the main building is a spacious, lofty living & dining area which open up to large covered verandas. A fully equipped kitchen serves both -the open air patio, as well as the front verandas . A bedroom with a double bed and its ensuite bathroom, as well a guest WC are located on this floor
Stairs lead to the upper floor, where the 2 bright bedrooms are located, each one of them with spacious bathrooms, AC, ceiling fans and balconies with seaview .
2 more bedrooms -each one with its bathroom- are located on the guesthouse, on the upper floor. They share a kitchenette and connect to the main building either via the patio or via inside balconies
The inside courtyard/patio of this hacienda, with built in BBQ serves as a relaxing protected spot, when the northern summer winds (meltemia) blow
A private path among the lush gardens, leads to the rocky beach in front of the property, the perfect spot for a wake up swim.
