Just outside the small town of Petra, the Villa Son March is set in a rural location with magnificent views over the surrounding countryside. On the ground floor, the typical Majorcan house, which can accommodate 12 people, has a spacious living room with a large dining table, a well-equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. On the upper floor, there are 3 further bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and another living room.

This sublime, newly constructed villa has a secluded location on an estate that, since time immemorial, has been used for agricultural purposes. The centrepiece of the villa "Son March" is the huge pool terrace that offers sufficient space for the entire traveling group. Here, you will find 12 luxurious wooden loungers as well as sun shades. The 12 x 9 m pool is so large that you can comfortably swim lengths during your holiday if you would like to take a refreshing dip. If you bring children, they will have their own space with a maximum water depth of 0.5 m, so they can splash around safely. The pool area lies next to the spacious, covered terrace, where you can sit at the long, festive table and enjoy the meals you have prepared using the adjoining, built-in BBQ area. You can splash around in the pool at night too, as tasteful lanterns ensure there is plenty of light. Should a day become particularly hot, you can relax under the trees dotted around the estate which provide plenty of shade. Beautiful natural stone steps lead to the house where another partially covered terraced area branches out.

The house itself features air-conditioning in all rooms so that you can get a good night's sleep every night. There are a total of six double bedrooms available.

Each room has its own en-suite bathroom. The villa is thus perfect if you would like to spend your holidays with one or even two other families. Moreover, the house offers a large living and dining area with an open fireplace, which gives the central heating a little helping hand in winter, distributing pleasant warmth throughout the house. On the upper floor, you will find a room where you can comfortably sit together. The living room features a satellite TV so you can keep watching your favourite programmes while you're on holiday, as well as a fast Internet connection. ¡. There are several at your disposal in the house. The large villa kitchen naturally comes fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, and you can even make yourself a fresh espresso in the morning. Towels and bed linen are provided.

A particular highlight of this villa is its location by one of the most beautiful cycling routes in Mallorca. Combined with the great options for meals and secure bike storage, this villa is the perfect choice for a cycling holiday in Mallorca. The rural location of the villa offers complete tranquillity, making it particularly suitable for discerning villa holidaymakers who are looking for rest and relaxation without compromising on proximity to shopping options and restaurants – you can reach Petra in just a nine-minute drive. There you can find a museum dedicated to the Franciscan friar Junípero Serra, who is credited as the founder of San Francisco in the USA. In just 20 minutes, you can reach the second biggest city in Mallorca, Manacor, which is known for its ceramics. Sineu, known for having the best weekly market on the island (on Wednesdays), can also be reached in just 20 minutes. The beautiful, natural sandy beach of Son Serra de Marina is only around a 20-minute drive from the villa.

All properties are close to each other but still fully independent with a high level of privacy. These and four other surrounding villas feature a joint tennis court and volleyball ground. The availability of these (professional) courts is a unique feature in our range. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for ball game fans! Should you wish to have a party during your stay, we ask that you please advise us of this beforehand. Parties cannot be held in the villa in order to be considerate of the other nearby holidaymakers.
