Featuring all brand new furniture, the 2-bedroom apartment is tastefully decorated in modern minimal design. It is 63sqm in size and comfortably sleeps 4 guests. The apartment occupies the whole ground floor of a two-storey building and shares an extensive private land plot of 1400sqm with one other apartment. The garden is divided in two though, so each apartment has private use of half the garden.
One of the bedrooms features a double bed and the other 2 single beds. Both have windows offering beautiful views of the gardens and green surrounds.
The open-plan living room is fitted with a comfortable sofa and a 40’ flat screen TV. There is a large air-conditional unit which cools the whole apartment sufficiently if needed. We have found that due to the property’s countryside location and airy feel with light breeze in the evenings, no further air-conditioning is required. Electric fans can be provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped an electric oven and cooktop, a large refrigerator, kettle, toaster, espresso coffee maker, kitchenware and crockery for easy meal preparation.
There is also a dining table with chairs.
The open-plan kitchen – living room has access to a private terrace with outdoor furniture, offering stunning views of the lush green environment.
The bathroom features a shower and washing machine.
Free WIFI internet is available for our guests.
The garden/outdoor area features a BBQ, swing seat, 2 separate garden furniture sets, a kiosk with umbrella.
Free, private parking is available within the property for our guests.
All amenities are within 500m – 2km from the property, including petrol station, supermarket and an abundance of cafes and restaurants. The property is close to all the magnificent beaches of the area. 
A member of the team will meet and greet the guest upon arrival at the premises, complying with safe distancing and precautionary measures against Covid-19. The team member will hand over disinfected house keys and provide apartment specific information, such as where the hot water switch is, wifi access codes etc. We will be readily available to answer questions or provide further information and guidance to guests by phone, throughout their stay.
The property is close to all the magnificent beaches of the area (Liosi beach and Pounta beach at 7min drive).

The property is just 2’ drive from Afytos village, where main amenities such as mini-market, bakery, pharmacy and shops can be found.
