Derowen is an immaculately presented three storey house in the Cornish fishing village of Port Isaac in North Cornwall.
Perched in a prominent position overlooking Port Isaac Bay, Derowen is a wonderful coastal holiday home with luxury living in mind. This family accommodation is bright and spacious, sleeping 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. It has an enclosed patio garden, with the added benefit of parking for one car & guest parking on a first come basis.
The reverse level living space is open plan and is perfect for today’s modern family lifestyle. The sleek open plan kitchen is bound to inspire you when cooking supper after a day on the beach and opens onto the living/dining room where you can relax with family or friends. The modern glass balcony and enclosed patio garden offers the perfect place to soak up the sun.
Guests can walk down to Port Isaac's working fishing harbour, with its pretty whitewashed cottages and winding narrow streets. There are art galleries and shops as well as a tempting collection of cafes, pubs and restaurants to choose from.
Five minutes’ walk in the opposite direction lies the picturesque bay of Port Gaverne, with its safe bathing beach and excellent pub. Derowen is situated in a stunning location providing all you could want for a restful and relaxing holiday and within easy access of the bathing beaches of Daymer Bay, Rock and Polzeath.
Please note one small well behaved dog is accepted.
