I extend my warm welcome to you, to this beautiful, modern, immaculately clean and a spacious double-bed room fitted with luxury carpet, spotlights, super-king double bed and hyper-optic WiFi connection.
We’re only a short walk to the train station from where Manchester Airport is only one stop away and the City Centre is 11 minutes approx. The village is close to several motorway links and is perfect for commuting and just 5 minute walk to the high street with local restaurants, pubs and shops.
The space:
We offer this accommodation that stands out from most Airbnb properties, in terms of luxury, space and comfort.
The room is a very large 4.5m x 3.6m size with luxury fitted carpet, an attached modern en-suite with a double walk-in shower, a basin, a WC, and a heated towel radiator.
You’ll also have access to a microwave, a mini fridge and a kettle for your convenience. You can make tea/coffee with the facilities provided, which is complementary and free of charge. Mini Fridge will be stocked with fresh milk for tea/coffee making and cold water. You will also be provided with a set of dishes, mugs and cutlery in small dining area outside the room.
For your health and comfort, we kindly ask you to enjoy your meals in this dining area and not inside the room. We are committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness and appreciate your understanding.
An Iron and an Ironing board and a hair dryer are also available.
The bathroom has hand & body wash, shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste for your use, as well as a set of fresh towels.
You can also park your car for free on the driveway.

Guest access:
Your room is secluded and separate from the rest of the house, is on the ground floor towards the rear of the property, with its own entrance from the side of the house, allowing for a contactless arrival and departure.
You will enter a private lobby and find your room on the left.
You can enjoy the privacy and comfort of this modern, newly renovated room in my house. It is the only one I rent out, so you won't have to share the space with other guests or residents.
During your stay
You'll be able to use the Airbnb chat and a mobile contact provided upon arrival.
Other things to note:
We provide a convenient and affordable car parking service for travelers flying from Manchester Airport. You can leave your car on our driveway while you enjoy your holiday, and pay much less than the private car parking firms charge around the Airport. This offer is subject to availability, so please ask us for the rate when you book your stay. Please note, this is not a 'secure' or 'insured' parking, however, your car will be on the driveway of our private home which is always occupied!
Guests with an accompanying child 2-12 year old, kindly notify before making a booking so a junior bed can be added.
