Modern, luxurious and very comfortable holiday home with wellness for six people

-The 6-person detached villas are all modern and stylishly furnished and equipped with all comforts, however, the furnishings vary, the photos give an idea of various furnishings. House numbers are assigned on site.

The following costs are NOT included in the rental price and must be paid by bank before arrival to the owner of the holiday home:
1. Final cleaning 210 euros 
2. Mandatory rental of bedlinen 20,50 euros per person. Please bring your own bed linen for the baby bed.
3. Tourist tax 2,75 euros p.p.p.n.
4. Deposit 200 euros (The deposit will be refunded to your account by the owner as soon as possible but certainly within two weeks after your stay).
5. Bring your dog? always on request. Surcharge 1 x 25 euros and 11,75 euros per night.
6. You can rent the following items or bring your own.

Kitchen linen 6825 euros each.
Baby bed 13 euros each.
High chair 7,65 euros each.
You will receive an invoice from us on which these costs are specified.

Holiday home Plaisir is an attractive house in a quiet location in a beautiful area near a bay with a sandy beach on the Oosterschelde. This holiday home offers you all the luxury and comfort. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sauna. A place where you can enjoy with your family and relatives, eat, play together, relax and completely unwind.

The beach is close by. You can easily walk up the dike and be on the water in five minutes. The cozy center of Colijnsplaat is less than a ten-minute walk away, here are several good restaurants, a bakery and a supermarket. Larger places such as Goes, Middelburg and Zierikzee can be reached quickly by car. If you like sailing, you can do so from the marina of Colijnsplaat, if you would like to play golf, you can do so in Goes and Bruinisse and if you especially want to rest, you can stay in the garden of your holiday home. The Nordsea beach is at a distance of approx. 15 minutes by car.

You enter the Plaisir holiday home through the hall which gives access to the cozy living room with sitting area around the fireplace, dining area and the open kitchen, which is equipped with all modern conveniences. Through the French doors you have access to the garden with terrace. Here you can smell the salty sea air of the Oosterschelde. On the ground floor is one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, which is equipped with a walk-in shower with sun shower

On the first floor are two more bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom with whirlpool, sun shower and almost all of them also have a sauna.

Holiday home Plasir is very suitable to live in as a family home with several families; grandfather, grandmother, children and grandchildren. The house can be booked with 6 adults and a maximum of 1 baby. A dog is welcome in some homes.

It is possible to book a child-friendly home on request. This house has a trampoline and a sheltered garden.
