Outdoor | The front terrace is a spacious outdoor oasis, complete with loungers and seating. Perfect for soaking up the sun, enjoying a morning coffee, or savouring a sunset, it adds an extra dimension to your stay. The private terrace space allows for a variety of outdoor activities and provides a wonderful setting for relaxation and taking in the surrounding views.

Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, both of which with a double bed. Each room is thoughtfully decorated, offering a relaxing retreat.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

San Gwann enjoys seamless connectivity to the rest of Malta, thanks to a robust network of public transportation. Taxis are a ubiquitous sight in Malta, conveniently stationed at designated taxi stands or available for pre-booking. Regulated by the Malta Transport Authority, taxi fares are determined by meters, ensuring a fair and transparent pricing structure. While taxis may incur a slightly higher cost compared to other modes of transport, they provide the luxury of a direct and expedient journey to your desired destination.

San Gwann, although compact in size, boasts a well-rounded array of local amenities, such as charming shops and enticing eateries, all conveniently within strolling distance. Walking becomes a delightful mode of exploration, allowing you to immerse yourself in the local culture and savor the distinctive charm of the area.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During the lovely summer season, although he do sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
