Herrliches Stadthaus 1900 neu renoviert und neu eingerichtet, von 140m2 mit 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder mit Dusche, Wohnzimmer, Küche und Terrasse mit Blick auf die Giralda.

Das Haus, hohe Decken mit Holzbalken, ist einzigartig in der Nähe der majestätischen Kathedrale von Sevilla entfernt und ist über drei Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss neben der Lobby, ist das erste Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und ein Abstellraum. Auf der ersten Etage befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und Einbauschränken. Auf der zweiten Etage, ein Schlafzimmer mit Bad, Wohnzimmer und Küche. Schließlich im dritten Stock ist die fantastische Terrasse mit Blick auf die Giralda.

Good location in Seville.

It was very clean and wonderful location. Stairs to rooftop/laundry very steep. Unable to have car access to door. Definitely park first if you come by car.

Great location and very helpful host!

Excellent location!!! The place was clean and spacious enough for 6 adults. The house has 3 floors with each floor having a bedroom for 2 with a full bathroom. The host was very receptive and suggested a lot of activities near the area (including a Flamenco show). Will highly recommend it!!!

Great location in the heart of it all

This apartment was perfect for our family of five with two teens and a 20 year old. My kids loved the space and all the floors and terrace. I loved that it was so central to all of the places we wanted to visit in Seville. The rooms were clean and spacious. Plenty of hot water for showers for all of us. It was a quiet even though it was so close to everything. Maria was a wonderful host and I highly recommend staying here.

Great location

This property was in the middle of all the action, I wish it was available for more nights! Lots of rooms for lots of guests with private bathrooms and next to a Flaminco Show. Stay here if you want to be next to EVERYTHING!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this apartment.

Overall the apartment was well-stocked with convenient appliances and comfortable beds. The location was very central to all Seville's major attractions and easy walking to shops and great restaurants. The owners were very friendly and helpful about how to maximize our time in this beautiful city.

Location, location, location.

Perfect location! Made touring the city center so easy! We were able to easily return betwee activities for siesta. Maria was the perfect host. Communication was easy and clear. Worked with our odd arrival schedule. Apartment was clean and organized. We will definitely stay here again on our return to Seville.

Great stay!

This property is not for anyone with knee problems, but since I'm not quite there yet... this was a great apartment! Great location, great interaction with the owners, and very clean. Just know it's one bedroom per floor (each with its own full bath!). Loved that there was a coffee shop right outside our door!

Our group of 5 had plenty of room and enjoyed the historic townhome in easy walking distance to sights and great restaurants. Good communication in advance from property manager . Note…the property has a lot marble stairs and access to laundry and rooftop is essentially a ladder.
