One of the standout features of this 3 bed terraced house in Manchester is the private driveway for parking. This provides a convenient and secure place to park vehicles. The location of the house, close to the M60 motorway and public transport, makes it an ideal choice for those who need to commute or travel frequently.
The house comprises two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, providing comfortable living arrangements for families or groups of individuals. This spacious layout ensures that everyone has their own private space while still allowing for shared common areas for socializing and relaxing. The classic terraced property has been recently refurbished, including the flooring and boiler, ensuring that the property is modern and comfortable to live in.
Guests will be sent a check in document 24 hours before arrival with full information regarding the property including bins, wifi and key code box.
My mobile number will be given to guests so they have a point of contact for the duration of their stay.
There is also a 24 hour customer service team.
Please ensure all rubbish is disposed of in the correct bins. If you are unsure please place all in the general bin which is GREEN bin.
If you fail to adhere to the house rules your deposit will be will not be returned and additional charges may apply.
Please ensure the freezer door is closed properly or charges apply to correct.
Pets are not permitted at this property.
No Smoking is permitted in the property!
No Gas Cannisters allowed on the premises!
Parking must be on the driveway or street, however please be mindful of the residents.
Check out is 10am, if you wish to have a later checkout please contact the property manager on-07741-272-029 otherwise you will be charged for the late checkout is past 10am.
Any damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.
Partying and excessive noise is not permitted.
