Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room provide an awe-inspiring coastal panorama that extends as far as Saunton Sands on clear days. Accommodating up to four guests, it's thoughtfully furnished and conveniently located within a short stroll of the renowned beach, as well as the resort's excellent restaurants, cosy cafes, and shops.

Entrance area: A welcoming entrance area with space for coats and boots.
Living room: A large comfortable corner sofa and large Smart TV and patio doors, which provide access onto the balcony overlooking the rock pool, tidal pool and beach.
Dining area: A dining table with 4 chairs provides a lovely setting to enjoy an evening meal.
Kitchen: Well equipped, fitted kitchen with electric oven, 4 ring gas hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, washing/ dryer. Variety of kitchen utensils.
Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): Twin beds with built in wardrobe, bedside and ensuite shower room, with shower cubicle, wash basin and towel rail.
WC (Ground Floor): Separate WC cloakroom with WC and wash basin.
Seating Area (First Floor): Mezzanine seating area with sofa, two bean bags, Smart TV, DVD player and sea views.
Airing Cupboard (First Floor): Airing cupboard housing vacuum, iron and ironing board.
Bathroom (First Floor): Bath with shower over, wash basin and WC.
Bedroom 2 (First Floor): Master Kingsize room with built in wardrobe, bedsides and dressing area.
Balcony: A large decked balcony with uninterrupted sea and beach views. The perfect spot to sit back and enjoy the wonderful coastal landscape of North Devon. Balcony furniture provided.
Parking: One private car parking space on the Golden Bay Holiday Village site.
EV Charging: Electric vehicle charging on site. 2 EV chargers in Golden Bay Holiday Village parking area. The EV charger is a type 2 socket. Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, ten weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 10 working days of your departure.
