Maricor: Lakeside Retreat with Hot Tub & Kayak

Summary:
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space set on a lake in the middle of Cotswold Water Park. Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay in a new home boasting 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, a hot tub and lakeside views. Only 4 miles from Cirencester, the Roman capital of the Cotswolds, and a choice of 10 excellent pubs, cafés and restaurants all within walking distance. Lots of flat walk & cycle routes on your doorstep & plenty of water activities within 5 mins of the lodge.

The Space:
Maricor is a three bedroom, three bathroom luxury lodge set on a lake in the Cotswolds. It has a private hot tub and has been entirely designed by Amy Davies, a semi finalist in Alan Carr’s Interior Design Masters. Built in 2023.
There is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, great for socialising, which opens out on a decking area overlooking the lake.
There is a downstairs kingsize bedroom with walk-in shower bathroom next door. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
There are then a further two bedrooms, both en-suite, upstairs. The master bedroom has a gorgeous balcony with seating and walk in wardrobe. The third bedroom can either be configured as a superking bed or two singles.

Guest Access:
The lodge is available for your entire use during your stay

The Neighborhood:
The lodge is in the middle of Cotswold Water Park set on a private, gated estate, but only minutes away from shops, pubs and restaurants. Cirencester is only 4 miles away; a great Cotswold town full of boutique shops and eateries. The other Cotswold villages are between 20-45 minutes away.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended to make the most of what the Cotswolds and the water park has to offer. The lodge is 7 miles (10 mins) from Kemble railway station in the main line from London Paddington and a 10 minute walk from the 51 bus stop (Cheltenham to Swindon). If arriving by air, we are equidistance between London Heathrow, Birmingham and Bristol airports, all just over an hour to hour and half away

We rent paddle-boards for an additional fee and can deliver them to your house inflated. Please send our team a message to inquire about pricing and booking.

Dog-friendly stays: 🦴

We’re really happy to say our homes are dog-friendly! You can bring two well-behaved dogs for a small fee of £20 per dog per stay. If you require more, please send our team a message, and we'll review this for you.
