Incredible and luxurious penthouse in front of the Fair. This apartment is wonderful for anyone who wants to spend a wonderful stay in Seville.
It is located in a modern building with elevators.
It is an incredible place, with lots of light and incredible views, decorated with very good taste as well as being very comfortable and warm. Fully equipped it is perfect for a maximum of 6 people.

The Space:
The very bright living-dining room is open-plan and very large, with the living room and dining area very separated. In addition, it has access to a terrace with wonderful views and where we have placed a table with two chairs, perfect for having a wine or a coffee while you rest watching these wonderful views.
The kitchen is American style, open to the living room, new, modern and designer. Equipped with the best appliances and everything you need to cook, it lacks nothing. We have created it in the most comfortable and functional way to perform its functions.
In addition, it is very large so three or four people can cook at the same time.
On the other part of the floor is the sleeping area, divided into four bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The two bathrooms, new, modern and designer, have a shower, sink and toilet, equipped, large and with enough storage space.
The rooms are perfect for the rest of 6 people:
The first room is a double room with a double bed, huge built-in wardrobes and a warm and modern design.
The second and third bedrooms are single rooms, with a single bed, desk, storage space and one of them even has a TV.
The fourth room has two single bunk beds, storage space, closets and also direct access to one of the bathrooms.
All rooms are bright, exterior, pleasant, warm and tastefully decorated.
The entire house has air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi is throughout the house and available to guests.

Entry is via electronic lock.

We do not accept guests who come to celebrate stag parties

Parties and events are totally prohibited. Not respecting our regulations, making noise at night, will imply the eviction of the apartment and the loss of the deposit.

The Neighborhood:
Living in Los Remedios in Seville means living in one of the largest neighborhoods in the city, with an approximate population of 25,000 inhabitants, and also in one of the ones with the highest standard of living and high status, as well as in the best urbanizations around the outskirts of Seville.

The Los Remedios neighborhood has all kinds of services and amenities, so it is also a neighborhood in which the standard of living and status are usually high. There are many wealthy families and businessmen who have made this neighborhood their home in recent decades.

Having a population like this means that the services that can be found in the neighborhood are of high quality, such as luxury stores, exclusive gyms, fine dining restaurants or even the most exclusive homes that can be found in a real estate agency in Seville.

The streets of the Los Remedios neighborhood are elegant, with large squares and stately buildings. In addition, it hosts one of the city's most important events with international repercussions, the April Fair.

There are buses in the neighborhood, you can also go by metro.

On the main streets it is very easy to take a taxi that will take you wherever you want for a very small price

You will also have the possibility of renting a horse-drawn carriage with a driver to show you the wonders of Seville and you can enjoy all the typical atmosphere of the city.

The kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as the toilet paper that will be found upon arrival are a courtesy, you must replace them if you need more.

WE WILL NOT OFFER WATER, SALT, OIL, PEPPER, COFFEE OR TEA, NO FOOD WILL BE DELIVERED BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE PERMITS TO SERVE FOOD.

The beds will be delivered ready to sleep and there are two towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person).
The sofa beds are not prepared for sleeping on arrival, we will deliver the bed linen and towels when the number of guests requires it.

Arrival after hours has no extra cost, because entry is autonomous through an electronic lock.

Optional services:

Requesting a baby crib costs €50 per reservation and must be requested in advance.

We will provide you with a transfer service from the airport and back to the airport, you can book it directly on our supplier's website and pay the cost of your transfer directly.
